Returns & Exchanges

At Deschutes Brewery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; while we cannot accept returns on perishable beer products, we offer easy exchanges or refunds on all apparel and merchandise. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our team within 30 days of receipt for a full resolution.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Receive Authorization

    Once your request is approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label for eligible merchandise.

  • 3.
    Pack and Ship

    Securely pack your unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and attach the provided shipping label to the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect your returned items at our Bend, Oregon warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
