Single cask Abyss, 16 year old Wild Turkey barrel. A special barrel that we pulled from our Abyss blend to package unblended and exclusively for our CDS members. Traditionally Abyss is a blend of bourbon aged, wine barrel aged, and fresh beer. This is a prime example of just the bourbon component on its own. On top of that, the 16-year-old Wild Turkey barrel we used is a super-premium bourbon that was first filled with bourbon in 2008.
